BM Inspecciones carries out valve repairs of different levels of complexity, whether it is replacement of spare parts, rectification of parts (in case there are no repair kits available), rectification of bodies, manufacture of seals, o'rings, stems, among other parts. Working in conjunction with a contracted turner.
After the repairs / change of kits, the necessary ENDs are carried out to guarantee their proper functioning.
We also carry out calibration of relief valves.
We maintain the traceability of incoming parts and spare parts through software, we have an interactive platform where customers can enter and view inputs / outputs of material and their respective images.

Characteristics and advantages of our service:

BM Inspecciones has a contracted turnery, offering turnkey service, including turnery repairs, if necessary, and all subsequent tests.

BM Inspecciones has sandblasting, manual cleaning and painting services within the premises, to guarantee a complete job.

If the valve has to be turned into work, it is delivered with the corresponding Data Book, in addition to the final report of the required NDTs.

Our staff and equipment:

BM Inspecciones has highly qualified personnel to perform the required non-destructive tests, leveled under the ASNT and IRAM 9712 standards.

We have our own test bunker with digital emission of hydrostatic test record.
